I came to the Hope Center for Women in December 2010 and graduated in December 2011. I was released from jail and went straight to the Hope Center without seeing my children. It was the best thing that has ever truly happened in my life. Not only did I go there because I had a drug addiction, but also had to fight a major battle with depression that I have fought since childhood. I now have a relationship with both of my children, and with my beautiful granddaughter, who is my whole world. I have been employed with Smucker's since 2011 and have just purchased my first new car, I am now doing what everyone had said I would never do, I am clean and living for God and becoming who He created me to be.
"She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future."
