I found the Hope Center for Women in January 2014 because I was struggling with depression and anxiety and was using alcohol to cope. I lost my one-year-old daughter because of it and was losing my family. The first day at the Hope Center I felt at peace. I learned a lot about Jesus and His amazing love and I made a lot of friends that I now consider my family.
Today, I am married to an amazing, godly man and I have my daughter back. I also have a new baby boy. I work full time and am finishing up my college degree. God has really opened doors and has blessed me. I'm glad I found the Hope Center for Women because it truly saved my life.
"When troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, lacking nothing."
(James 1:2-4 NLT)
